About morph@photo
Let other fellow photographers play ("morph") with your images, and vote the results!
This group is intended to stimulate cross-creativity. At any time, a member of the group may open a new thread, by "offering" a photo. He/she must then invite at least 6 other friends to use his/her photo. The invitees will post the results of their elaboration as a series of comments to the thread, within a reasonable deadline (7-10 days). Please choose a title for the thread, connected someway to the photo you are offering for morphing.
DO NOT POST PHOTOS OR ELABORATIONS DIRECTLY TO THE POOL!
Of course, also any other people besides the original 6 (or more) invitees can contribute, by picking up the original photo and making and posting their own elaboration. Again, please post your elaborations always as comments under the same thread as the original photo.
TO CONTRIBUTE TO ELABORATIONS, YOU MUST SIGN UP AS A MEMBER OF THE GROUP, THANKS.....
Elaborations can be of any kind: recoloring or decoloring the original image, distorting, cropping, cutting into pieces, reusing all or part of the image within an entirely different photo. No no no limits....
After the deadline expires (typically about one week after the original posting), the voting phase is opened: everybody can vote the results, by putting down a maximum of 3 votes as a comment to the same thread. Each vote counts 1. The elaboration that gets most voted is the winner, and goes to the POOL!
No limits as far as the kind of images are concerned, knowing that basic limitations on the posts (e.g., violence of any kind, abuse, etc.) are already being imposed by the Flickr staff.
