About Hotel Monte Palace

This hotel is located on São Miguel, Azores near Vista do Rei overlooking the Sete Cidades. It hasn't been open long, it closed in 1989. You can tell by all the administration lying around, the old tv's and computers.

It was a five-star hotel for the rich and famous. Bathrooms with marble and gold faucets in the shape of swans and fish.

It seems the building was guarded untill 2009, vandals didn't need much time to trash the place completely.
