There are only 3 rules for this group:

We reserve the right to unleash a pack of ninjas on anyone found violating these rules. Do not think you can skip your training. We will know. We always do.
When you have awarded 100,000 awards to other flickr members you may apply for the admin status of Ninja Second class. When you have awarded 1,000,000 awards, you may apply for the admin status of Ninja. Do not cheat. We will know.
