About Mondo Utah

A few years back, Trent Harris, local Utah movie maker of some renown, wrote a book called "Mondo Utah" in which he explored odd occurrences and stories that originate in the Beehive State. The purpose of this group is to provide a pictorial alternative--a place for captures that are odd and were taken in Utah.

Now, of course, "odd" is a very slippery term. What is odd to some may be very common place to another. I only ask that we offer respect and understand that "odd" is, ironically, a very common human condition. Outright bigotry will not be tolerated, but that, of course, is a judgment call on the administrator's behalf. If you have a beef with my or a moderator's rejection of a submitted photo, please contact the administrator.

In other words, let's keep it fun, and recognize that "mondo" is very much a part of all of us. Think of it like this--what is tastier, white bread or a tortilla with habanero sauce? (Talk about oddity, my spell checker want to change habanero to Phanerozoic.
