About Moncayo
The objective of this group is to gather together the best shots of the Moncayo and its surroundings (villages, town and area of influence).
Moncayo is a mountain that belongs to the Sistema Ibérico. It's located in the Spanish provinces of Zaragoza (Aragón) and Soria (Castilla León). With its 2314,20 m height it's the highest peak of the Sistema Ibérico and it is one of the most important mountains of Spain. Since 1978 the area was declared Natural Park with a whole protected area of 9848 hectares.
