There are groups for every time scale and you can submit your photo to the right one :-)

About Moments [seconds]

This is part of a series of groups whose goal is to gather together photos capturing interesting non-staged moments in the city or in nature in the order of different time scales. That is moments that last for seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years, decades, centuries.

I am not sure how to define an "interesting" moment. For me it means when two or more different elements coincide for a certain amount of time in the same space creating an interesting combination. But I am open to other interpretations as well :-)
