About Missouri Eagle Watch
Something amazing happens here in Missouri every winter. Our rivers and lakes are visited by hundreds of American Bald Eagles. And is if that wasn't extraordinary enough, some hard core Missouri nature photographers will risk life, limb, and frost bite and will to get the perfect shot of these magnificent creatures. Not only that, but many have been known to get up at an obscene hour just to get to their favorite eagle watching spot before the sun rises. So I know you're taking a well deserved nap, warming up by the fire, and nursing that knee you bruised when you slipped on rocks trying to get to the shoreline just 10 feet closer to a roosting bird, but you can muster up the energy to post the fruits of your injuries and loss of sleep to this site that celebrates our national symbol and the beauty of the Missouri outdiirs.
