About Mid-Century and Danish Modern Wall units and storage...

Retro storage and the retro stuff it stores...

I'm enamored with my Cado unit... and Mid Century wall units in general. They are the perfect mix of aesthetics and practicality. Whether it's Poul Cadovius or George Nelson, teak, rosewood, or walnut, they all have their own special charms. The modular design allows the owner to personalize the furniture to their own needs. The array of attachments for some systems is fantastic... Bars, drop front desks, speakers, drawers, record cabinets, etc.

I'd like this group to be a place that showcases not only the many different designs and setups, but also the fascinating art and ephemera you choose to display on them. Do you load it down with books, or use it to show off your pottery collection? Feel free to include details and notes on all of the cool stuff that your mid century wall unit houses!
