CONTEMPORARY & MODERN FIREPLACE Design

The design of Modern Fireplaces in homes and commercial installations.

By MODERN, I am referring to "Contemporary Design"-
what I often call-
"Of-The-Moment" Design- no relationship to the period of design around the 2nd World War- what is called Modernism.

Fireplaces form a central focal point for many HOME interiors-
and quite often- especially in the case of "Builder Homes"-
they are butt UGLY.

This Group is a centralized storehouse of GOOD DESIGN.
"Ugly" designs will be deleted.

Also- be sure to have THE FIREPLACE as the central element in your submitted images. A general overall shot of an interior doesn't always reveal the intricacies or details of a Modern Fireplace Surround.
