Bird watchers of all ages can flock to the Missouri Botanical Garden from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bundle up and bring the binoculars for a day filled with guided birding walks, live exhibits, identification tips, and informative classes for beginners to advanced birders.

About Birds of the Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park

The Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park were both founded by Henry Shaw. Both were originally prairie grasslands in the 1860s and slowly became semi-woodland as trees and shrubs were planted. Today, the Garden and Park function as vital wildlife habitat islands in a sea of urban development.
