About Aspects of Milton Keynes Museum

This is an open group where visitors to the Milton Keynes community museum can post pictures of the Museum and it's collection.

Today the farmstead that houses the Museum at Stacey Hill overlooks the "new city" of Milton Keynes but when it was built in the mid 19th century it was in the middle of the countryside.

The Museums extensive displays portray the history and development of the North Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire area. The area has changed greatly over the years, culminating in the 1960s with the creation of Milton Keynes, the UK's largest and last "new city".
