About Miscolored birds
This group is for all wild birds with ANY form of abnormality, this could be that they are miscolored, mismarked, leucistic, albinistic, hybrids etc. Also if there's a deformation of any kind it's of interest. The idea is to gather all abnormalities....
I've been ringing birds for some years now, and every time I find an abnormality I wonder if it's common or rear, and in many cases what their chances are of survival. That's why I want to gather all images of such in this group, it's interesting to see what others have seen! Also, it can make it easier for folks to identify such birds!
Please remember to tag your photo with all relevant information!!

No domestic birds in captivity please!

Albinism in birds
Albinism in general
Amelanism = Albinism
Erythrism or Erythrochroism, an increased amount of red.
Leucism in general, a reduction in all types of skin pigment.
Melanism, an increased amount of black or nearly black.
Xanthochromism, an increased amount of yellow.
