Minor details is about detail in the broadest sense of the word:
- details of buildings, utensils, tools, etc.
- close-ups / macro.
- weird (traffic) signs.
- strange situations or people, captured spontaneously.

Please no photoshop or other digital remastering of the original picture (unless it looks really, really cool, ofcourse).
Better sorry than safe.
