Monkey Kettle (local arts group) have this crazy idea ....bands from different areas of MK, each bringing a nominated judge, competing against each other and voting Eurovision style...plan is to stage it March 2009

meanwhile we're looking to get some promotional artwork together

we are cordially inviting MKF to enter a photo/caption competition

as the event is designed to help advertise a community project, there are no prizes…it’s just for fun

Monkey Vision Song Contest – competition rules


1. All entries to consist of content made up of two criteria: a photograph which in the opinion of the photographer epitomises the spirit of Milton Keynes, and a caption which helps to promote the event Monkey Vision Song Contest 2009 or entices the intended audience to want to know more about the Monkey Vision Song Contest 2009
2. All entries are based wholly on original material
3. Entries can be received as the work of more than one person.
...so if you have a pic with no caption or idea of a caption but no photo you can post it here and see if another flickrite can team up
4. Entries are submitted on the understanding that winners will be publicising Monkey Vision Song Contest 2009. As such the competition organisers are granted the right to adapt, crop, modify or otherwise alter the work in return for the appropriate credit, prominently displayed on the work.
