About Millennium Windows / 21st Century Stained Glass

The idea behind this group is to create a cross section of stained glass design at the start of the 21st century, made possible by the commissioning of so many windows in churches and secular public buildings to commemorate the event.

Any images that show (either in whole or details of) windows created especially to mark and celebrate the Milennium will be warmly welcomed.

As the Millennium itself recedes into history it seems sensible to look at what has been achieved since, therefore this group will now accept all church/public building stained glass windows designed and made since the year 2000. Therefore works no longer have to be of a commemorative nature to be added to this pool.
