About Metro Eastside Transit Corridor Phase 2

Metro has started work on the environmental analysis of the Eastside Transit Corridor Phase 2 project that would extend the Gold Line Eastside Extension (under construction) to cities east of Los Angeles. Communities in the study area include the cities of Bell, Commerce, Downey, El Monte, Industry, Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, Santa Fe Springs, South El Monte, Whittier and unincorporated portions of Los Angeles County.
