view profile

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is a group administrator The Metropolitan Museum of Art  Pro User  says:

On June 7, we launched "It's Time We Met," a visitor-contributed photography contest. Hundreds of visitors submitted photographs taken in the Museum's Main Building or at The Cloisters Museum and Gardens depicting how they've shared their Met experience with friends and family.

The one winning photograph and two runners-up are shown below. The winner received a one-year Individual membership plus a framed poster signed by artists Doug and Mike Starn, whose work, Big Bambú, is currently installed on The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Roof Garden. Each of the runners up received a $100 Met Store Gift Card. View all photos submitted to the contest.
