About Merrittville Speedway

Merrittville Speedway is a 3/8 mile banked clay track located in Thorold, Ontario; only 12 miles from the US border at Niagara Falls.

Merrittville Speedway has been in operation since 1952, currently racing 5 classes every Saturday night. With the added excitement of Patriot Sprint Car Show, BRP Can Am 360 Late Models, Enduro races, thrill shows, and the ever popular demolition derbies. Our growing KART Club currently boasts an average KART count of 75 racing every Tuesday night from May 'til September.

Merrittville Speedway offers full grandstand seating, with services including food and novelty items.

Merrittville Speedway offers you a great night of racing in the comfort of a tower suite. Built in 1990 and re-sided in '99, the tower has facilities for all the track officials to view the race, as well as suites for group parties - or whatever the reason. Full meal catering available.
