About Menstruation AppreciationWe are here to celebrate menstruation, and offer discussion, and ideas, for women to get along with their cycles in a healthy, and empowering way. We're here because we realize menstruation, not as a curse, but as cleansing, a natural part of the cycle of life and death, a reason to relax, a way for us to keep in touch with the natural cycles.
