We are a very active group here, catch up with us during our next meetup or get involved in one of our projects.

Those thinking of visiting our city may be interested in reading the advice of locals here, and please let us know you are coming.

For listings of events and other local info check out this thread.

The Melbourne pool
The group pool is for photos taken within the Greater metropolitan area of Melbourne, Australia.

Photos added to the pool should contain some aspect of life in Melbourne, its architecture, people, spaces, emotions, character or diversity.

We urge group members to approach these requirements with creativity. Feel free to push the envelope, if it speaks of Melbourne to you then share it with us.

Please tag your photos 'melbourne'

We also ask that if your photo has no obvious imagery in it that is Melbourne, then please title and or describe the photo to help us identify how the image fits in to the pool.

If you are into Melbourne there is a wide selection of flickr groups catering for various areas and lifestyles.
