About Meatstravaganza 6 à la Carnivale

Meatstravaganza 6 à la Carnivale was the 6th annual meat party in San Francisco in celebration of RobVSF's birthday. Each year he tries to one-up the previous years' party in terms of recipe or the party/BBQ's epic proportions.

This particular year's party, which happened in May 2011 at 3009, RobVSF planned, prepped and roasted a whole pig for the very first time, but not without running into several trials and faux pas along the way. Stay tuned for his Tumblr article documenting the entire process.

This Flickr group is a central photo place for for those who attended and want to share their images with the rest of the world. Also, when RobVSF writes his article on roasting a pig, he'll be using some of these pics as references or to illustrate a point. Of course he will be asking your permission, and of course you can say no without hurting his feelings.
