About Minolta Manual Focus 50mm

This group is for posting and evaluting pictures taken with any NON-MACRO 50mm standard prime lens mounted on a Minolta 35mm SLR camera body.

The focal length MUST be 50mm to 58mm. There are seperate groups for the 45mm and and the 50mm to 100mm MACROs.

Any Minolta 35mm SLR manual focus camera body is allowed, from the original SR-1 to the X-700. No Maxxum or digital cameras please.

Any 50mm manual focus standard lens is allowed, even non-Minolta lenses like Vivitar, Sigma, Tokina, etc. No other focal lengths please.

Filters and tele-converters are permissable.

All I ask is that you at least list what type of lens you used, and the camera body it was mounted on. You can put this in the caption area under the photo, or in a tag off to the side.

For example:

SRT-101
Minolta MC Rokkor-X 50mm f1.7

- or -

X-570
Minolta MD 50mm f2 with Vivitar 2x teleconverter

That's all.

Please, no porn shots or photos in bad taste.

And please only submit photos that you, yourself have taken with your own equipment.

This group will be actively moderated. Photos not meeting these simple guidelines will be rejected.

Posting Limit = 3 photos per day per user.
