This year, millions of Americans are coming together to participate in March for Babies - formerly WalkAmerica - to help the March of Dimes ensure that every baby has a healthy start in life.

Although the name of our premier event has changing, our mission has not. We are more committed than ever to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
