Photos of the pointing finger symbol ☛ commonly used in printing, advertising, and signage—called the manicule, printer's fist, mutton-fist, bishop’s fist, index, indicator, digit, pointer, director, etc, etc.

Bonus points for examples from old type specimen books.

*Note*: Not all images of pointing fingers qualify for inclusion here… generally speaking, manicules are used as stand-alone symbols / indicators, and are almost never connected to an arm.
