About Management Community

Members of the Management Community meet at The International Conference on Knowledge, Culture and Change in Organisations, held annually in different locations around the world. The Conference was held at Northeastern University, Boston, USA in 2009; Cambridge University, United Kingdom in 2008; Singapore Management University, Singapore in 2007; Monash University Centre, Prato, Italy in 2006; University of the Aegean, on the Island of Rhodes, Greece in 2005; Maritime Campus of the University of Greenwich, London, United Kingdom in 2004; and Bayview Beach Resort, Batu Ferringhi Beach, Penang, Malaysia in 2003. In 2010, the Conference will be held at HEC Montreal, Montreal, Canada.

Our community members and first time attendees come from all corners of the globe. Intellectually, our interests span the breadth of the fields of knowledge, culture and change management. The Conference is a site of critical reflection, both by leaders in the fields and emerging scholars. Those unable to attend the Conference may opt for virtual participation in which community members can submit a video and/or slide presentation with voice-over, or simply submit a paper for peer review and possible publication in the Journal.
