About Make a Difference

This group concept is based around the idea that we all can make a difference in other less fortunate people’s lives.

It doesn’t have to be gestures on a grand scale………if fact, we’ll leave that to the millionaires & (sometimes) questionable charities. This group is not associated with any type of formalized organization, group, charity or NGO.

The group is about single individuals doing what they can to help someone, be it the homeless, seniors, children, the disabled, community groups, churches, ect. As we all know, you don’t have to look very far to see someone in need. In fact, I doubt most people could go a single day without seeing or hearing of those in need.

The photos that are added to this group must reflect a person’s effort to reach out to assist someone. There are no set guidelines as to what manner this should be, that will be up to the individual………….no effort is to small. Do what you can, no more no less.

Any images added to the Pool must be tasteful and always considerate of the dignity and respect of the recipient. Though anonymity of the donor is preferred, it is not mandatory as so long as excessive self-congratulatory recognition is not the goal of the one who gives.

All group members are strongly encouraged to invite others to join.

Together, we can make a difference.
