About Aquellos Magníficos Puentes

Que mejor tarea para un hombre... unir mundos...eso es lo que hace un constructor de puentes...Mas o menos esto dice el Coronel John Henry Patterson (Val Kilmer) a su esposa (Emily Mortimer) cuando le cuenta que irá a Africa construir un puente en Tsavo en la Película The Ghost and the Darkness. Unir Mundos... sin duda los puentes unen mundos, y siendo obras humanas, artificios ingenieriles pueden hacerlo de manera sobria y funcional, como tabién pueden ser obras de arte en si mismas. Asi me parece a mi por lo menos. Así lucen los puentes sobre el Sena, los ligeros puentes colgantes en Asia, las grandes obras de ingeniería como el Puente de Brooklin o el London Bridge y como no, los megaviaductos como el de los cayos de Florida o el Millau en Francia. Puentes, grandes , pequeños, sobre ríos o quebradas , sobre mar o colgantes, en la montaña en el llano, puentes, de eso trata este grupo.
