RTSS (a group admin) says:
27 Jun 09 - This group is now open so anyone can join. However, photos will have to be approved before they can become part of the pool. Also, there is no longer an upload limit, so upload as much as you want and I will try to review the photos within 24-48 hours. I am also looking to create an external website which will allow only for viewing the pictures and linking back to Flickr.
