Also feel free to discuss these lenses and anything related to them.
And if you see nice pictures taken with M42-mount Fujinons elsewhere on flickr, you could mention this group to the photographer, perhaps they'd like to join us. But don't spam, it's not nice. =)

About M42 Fujinon lenses
The group for all photos taken with/of M42 screw mount Fujinon lenses made by Fuji Photo Film Co. (now Fujifilm).
Please tag all photos with the Fujinon lens in question; this way people can search the group's photo pool for pictures taken with a specific lens. The tag should include at least the focal length and maximum aperture, e.g., Fujinon 50mm f/1.4.

The multi-coated versions of the lenses are called EBC Fujinon, where EBC stands for Electron Beam Coating. Not all of these were made in both EBC and non-EBC versions.
Note that there are Fujinon and EBC Fujinon lenses for mounts other than the M42 screw mount. However, this group is intended only for M42 Fujinon lenses! M42 lenses are particularly convenient as they can be used on a vast number of M42-mount camera bodies and adapted to most other SLR systems, including modern DSLRs.
