Hello and welcome to LRT Edinburgh - a friendly group for photographs and stories, new and old, about buses from ECT or LRT days as well as all the recent colourful updates on the return to the Capital's 100 year old livery at Lothian Buses.

Happy New Year to all our 80 members!

Next year we hope to outlive the longevity of this group and rebuild on the stronger sides to the group.
We may just simply remove all discussion posts and act as a Photo-Only group!

Welcome to LRT Edinburgh, One of the biggest Lothian Buses enthusiast groups on flickr.

This group has been created to support, display and promote Edinburgh's municipal bus operator and the last in scotland, Lothian Buses. With a fleet of over 600+ Vehicles, most of which are at an average age of four years old, This gives lothian one of the biggest yet youngest fleets in the country!

Lothian also operates two subsidiary companies under its name, Edinburgh Bus Tours and the Award-Winning AIRLINK service.
