We are a group dedicated to sharing and enjoying photography that depicts urban life - from the buildings, architecture and events to the snapshots of daily life, nature and people living in an urban environment.
So, if you have a wonderful photo that you wish to share, we would love for you to join us and contribute to our group's photo pool, no invitation required!
If you recieve a "Lovely City! " award or invitation from one of our members, congratulations on your exceptional capture!
We hope you will join us and add your awarded photograph to our pool.

1. If you have a lovely picture which has a connection with urban life, we would love you to join our group and add it to our group's photo pool.
Please tag the photos with "Lovely City!"
You may only post photographs which are originally yours. You may not post other people's work, even if you modified it.
2. When you see a great photo on Flickr that you think portrays urban life in an original and artistic way, let the artist know how you feel about it by either inviting them to add their picture to our group or giving them one of "Lovely City! " awards.
For that please use only the codes provided below. You may not alter the codes in any way.
3 Do not give awards or invites to your own photos.
4. Photographs from our group pool with 10 or more "Lovely City! " awards can be posted to our "Loveliest City Photos" gallery.
5. As a curteousy to other members, we encourage you to look through the group photo pool and comment and give awards to the photographs you like, although this is not compulsory.
6. We are a family friendly group, so all photos which promote unneccessary vulgarity, hate or racism or in any other way violate Flickr Communnity Guidelines will be removed.
7. In an unlikely event, Administrators reserve the right to remove from the pool any pictures deemed not to be up to the desired standard.
Please, if your photograph is removed, do not re-post it again.
Even if one of your photos was removed, we would love for you to keep posting your other work, next time it might be a winner!
Violations to our group rules may result in being banned with no warning.
