About Live Gateshead, Love Dunston
Gateshead Council wants to work with local people to share stories and memories of Dunston.
Dunston will be changing over the next few years as the vision for redeveloping the area takes shape. This includes the demolition of the Derwent Tower and surrounding maisonettes, and projects to create better community facilities in the Ravensworth Road area.
Help us to record these changes by taking photographs of the area. Upload your snaps of Dunston's buildings, streets and open spaces to create a gallery of the area's transformation.
We also want shots that capture your memories of Dunston. What did it look like when you were a kid? Where was your favourite place to play? What stories do you have about living in the area?
