About Louisville Public Media

This group is where you can submit photos to our web site. We regularly feature qualifying photos on the banners at wfpl.org and wfpk.org. We also occasionally use small photos on other parts of our site.

We'll notify you if we're using your photo on the home page, however we aren't able to send out notice for other smaller uses.

Photographers will retain ownership of their photos, and may remove them from the group pool at any time.

Guidelines

- Shots that depict Louisville, Kentucky or southern Indiana: the people, the neighborhoods, the sights
- The more recent, the better!
- Photos that don't require captions
- Landscape orientation (i.e., horizontal)
- Pictures should be at least 978 pixels wide and 160 pixels tall.
- We may do a minor adjustments (sizing, contrast, brightness, color, etc.) as necessary
- In return, we offer a credit for photos used in the main photo position on the home page that can contain your real name or your Flickr username.
- The photos you submit must be your own.
