jasonepowell (a group admin) says: 17 Sep 09 - We've been getting a large number of images added to the pool that aren't particularly topical or appropriate for this group. This group is all about... looking into the past. The idea is to have an image that shows a scene in the present day and in the past. There are a number of methods of doing that (and I think we've got submissions of each). However, this is NOT the group for nifty picture in picture photography (that stuff is cool, but not topical). |

About Looking Into the PastThis group is for images you make where some part of a modern day scene is overlapped by an old photograph. For example, you hold up an old photo so that you can see its place in the modern context. |
