About Long Shutter Exposures

You are welcome to submit your images. Media Hero will discriminate which images will be included. By viewing the pool you will see some outstanding work and am looking to keep the image at an advanced level. The image must communicate more than it being a long exposure. Please submit no more than 10 images to the group. There will be a time when you wish to submit more recent images to the pool so please edit out your older images, if you do not they will be culled down to 10 images by the moderator.

Media Hero looking at the following photographic principals:

1. Shutter speeds must be longer than 1/15 of a second.
2. Visual interest, if it is a test or it looks like a test Media Hero will not accept it.
3. Multiple Exposures and HDR are accepted.
4. Please provide the exposure information at the time you submit your image if it does not appear EXIF info or it will not be accepted.
5. PhotoShop skills are important and attention to details such as selection edges and overall contrast.
6. Traditional Images that have been scanned are accepted, please indicate your shutter speed if this is the case.
7. Please Comment on at lease 3 images in the pool when your image appears in the pool.
8. When you breach the 10 image amount I will edit to keep the most visually exciting image in the pool.
