Below are the top five winners. Congratulations to all of you. Thanks as always to everyone for participating. Could the top five winners please send me the story behind the photo (how they came to take the photo) and I'll post it below the image.

Could the photographer placed first contact Mark (LP) via flickrmail with their choice of guide and their postal address. Mark is currently on holiday, but he’ll post your book as soon as he gets back.

In first place with 50 votes is "Green Wave Blue Sky" by FotoByKiwi

This was the first day ever in the water with a housing (a basic SLR splash housing from Liquid Eye in Bali). No external controls except half-press for focus and shoot. Pre-set the shutter to 1/1600 and swam out with fins and one arm for swimming. Even though I'm a strong swimmer, it was tough in the rips and current. Anyway this was one of the better set waves of the day (Trigg doesn't get very big) and so I just got as close to the breaking lip as possible and shot. There is another one in the sequence after this with the wave curling more but this one had better shimmer on the flat water. I used Lightroom 3 to develop.

In second place with 38 votes is "Aya Sophia - Reflections in a glass" by Kalexander2010

We had been traipsing around Istanbul all morning and were exhausted so decided to stop for a drink on the top floor of a café overlooking the Aya Sohpia. I had wanted to capture the Aya Sophia’s reflection all day and had tried pools of water and other various elements but all turned out poorly. I guess ideas hit you when you least expect it. After sitting down on the roof terrace of this cafe I noticed the reflection in the glass of water and started playing around with the glasses until the light was just right. I finally got my shot. I should thank my partner, he sat patiently through me moving tables and glasses around for quite some time! I enjoyed the glass of wine and view afterwards all the more for the shot!

In fourth place with 28 votes is "liquid reflects liquid that turned solid" by EyesOfChris

I went to the look out point for Cerro Torre in El Chalten, Argentina, was too disappointed with the view it offered, so I ventured beyond the path, walked down to the little penisula in front of the glacier, ate my lunch box quietly, just me and the ice around me, no one else, I owned that place.

	rovinglight says: This is the first time that I'm encountering this - my pic not showing up in the pool search. nzjosh, the photostream pool name changes as the theme changes; what matters is that your pic shows up when you click on the appropriate pool search link in the group page. 	scb.mypics says: For those that have a problem getting their tag to work. this has worked for me... Search for the LP-tag, select a photo that does show up. copy their tag and paste to yours. A couple of times this has been the only way I've got mine to show in the pool. good luck to all Posted 17 months ago. (permalink)
	Noah Markus says: Wow, lots of photos not getting picked up this time; I'll take a look through the tags (but flickr just kinda works funny sometimes) Edit: now it looks like only one of the photos listed above still isn't showing up; Looks like there should be around 80 photos in the challenge this week, I'll try to keep an eye on it.
