In first place with 24 votes is michel2103's "Alaska Lakeview"

This photograph was taken on a calm evening at Lakeview Campground (MP 1256.7 Alaska highway) with a telephotolens on a tripod. The light was getting lower, more and more midgets started showing up..., and the sky got a nice, pink hue. Beyond the lake the mountains of Wrangell st Elias NP are visible in the distance. For me this image is a nice memory of a fantastic trip to Alaska and Yukon.

My favourite (apart from the winners) is Libyan Soup's "Buddha's Hand on an Elephant."
