About London Sunsets

This group is for sharing your photos of the London sunset. It is my hope that this group will not only provide a place to share our images, but will also serve as a guide to places in London where one can view the sunset. London is a huge, sprawling city and it is not always easy to find places where the sunset is visible. Please be sure your photo's tag or caption states where you took the photo.

Photos taken in London during the sunset are welcome, whether they include the setting sun or simply the sky and clouds at this time of day. Photos of light reflected on buildings, monuments or other surfaces are also welcome, so long as the primary focus of the photo is the light. There is a posting limit of 3 photos per day.

Other London groups ban sunset photos. Images of the sunset may seem cliché to some, but to many, the sunset offers a respite from the intensity of city life and enhances the urban landscape in thrilling ways.
