About London Road Photography Project (Brighton)

The Photography shown by this group focuses on documenting the less known area of London Road in Brighton. In collaboration with CompARTment.org.uk a collective of local photographers will host a series of one off events that document the lives, objects, spaces, vendors, shoppers and characters who visit the area. This collection of projects and images should attempt to capture the essence of an area that is commonly missed by the tourists and forgotten by the council. By showing off some of the positive aspects and difficulties facing the area through photographs the group should aim to highlight possible changes needed to help the future of the London Road area in Brighton.
