About London Snowday - Feb 2nd, 2009

What did you do on February the 2nd in London?

In there they write:

South-east England has seen the worst snowfall for 18 years.

Much of the world can cope quite happily with extreme weather but in the UK it causes all kind of disruption and frustration.

Both runways at Heathrow, the world's busiest international airport, were closed for a time and there are delays and cancellations at other airports around London.

Bus services in the capital have been cancelled with most underground lines partly, or totally suspended.
