Hi all, a quick question
Does anyone know if the viewing balcony at City Hall is open for public access? Views look stunning!

Just to answer my own question, no it isn't open because of health and safety.
Another victory for pc-ness and nanny state Britain.

Its absurd, a lovely view like that spoiled for nothing.
It is open for like three days in September however.

It used to be open at regular times throughout the year.
Looks like Boris scrapped it to save taxpayer money.
You can get angry at him instead now. :-)
