Photographers Rights & The Law in the UK - Info
|
Hi all,
I stumbled across a great website the other week in regards to photographers in the Uk and their rights, the law etc. I found it extremely informative and have suggested it to fellow flickr users who have found it very helpful so I thought I'd put it up on a few Groups discussion boards so other people can access it if they have any queries.

If you've ever wondered about the law in regards to taking photographs in certain places then I recommend having a look, it definetly answered a lot of questions for me that I'd never looked in to before.
Hope its useful :-)
Enjoy shooting!

Great link, I bet they love it when you quote a line straight from their website! Cheers for the addition to the thread & if anyones got any more information - add away.
We could get a nice informative list going for people who are needing to enquire about certain things to do with photography & the law...

Our website [www.SceneThat.co.uk] is targetted at UK photographers who want to know more about their legal position - from newcomers picking up a camera for the very first time to 'dyed-in-the-wool' professionals.
