The idea: Each week the location.gener.at/or will present a random location, somewhere within an 8 km radius around Berlin Fernsehturm. Participants visit the place, try to find interesting motives there and post the respective pictures on flickr. You are restricted to a rather small and possibly dull area and need to make the best out of it.
The rules: One location per week. One upload per week. Photograph or movie. Analogue or digital.
The fine-print: This group is not the right place to dump entirely unrelated pictures - such will be removed from the pool without notice. Please don't post old pictures from your archives that match a location by sheer coincidence. Please properly tag your pictures and add a description indicating the date (week / year) of the location. Posting your pictures to the group's respective weekly thread will make things much clearer by bundling related pictures and discussion.
Work in progress! There are still a few technical and conceptual issues that need to be solved. Ideas and criticism are appreciated!
