In order to and prior to becoming a member of this particular group, the proposed member must acknowledge that he or she currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, and or the surrounding Las Vegas area. This "area" includes all of Clark County, Nevada and townships such as Pahrump, Nevada. The reason for this is because one of the goals of this group is to encourage active local participation within the group and not to be just another photo dumping ground for Las Vegas area photos. However, if a local Las Vegas area resident does leave the area, the member will be considered "grandfathered" into the group. In addition, if it is learned that a member had joined and doesn't actually reside in the Las Vegas area, that member can be banned without notification.

In addition: No arguing, no fighting, no trolling, no spamming, and no targeting of members based on their individual photography style. In other words, if someone enjoys "over the top" Topaz Adjusted photography and you don't like it, just move on without starting an argument. Furthermore, nudity is not allowed in this group. There are many other Flickr groups deemed 18+ available for such photos. Violators may be banned from the group without prior notice.

Prior to becoming a member of this particular Flickr group, the proposed member will acknowledge and agree to abide by the group rules and any later modifications and/or amendments to the group rules.
