About Literary Allusions

Group Guidelines:

1. Post photos that make some allusion or direct reference to a work of literature.

2. Include the author's name and the work's title. Include the year it was written, if possible. Unattributed submissions will be removed from the pool.

3. No porn, please. "Adult literature" is one genre of writing I do not recognize as "literary."

4. Photos of book covers or macro shots of text should be posted to groups devoted to books themselves.

5. This group is envisioned differently than the Literary Reference in Pictures: post one/comment one - one a day group in that there are no commenting requirements or posting limits. However, while it is more liberal in these respects, it is more conservative in that it does not consider newspaper headlines or your own personal writing to be literature.
