Welcome, this group is for all limited edition models from all manufacturers. Such as the Ford Escort Bonus, Fiesta Festival, Mini Park Lane, Designer, 30, Metro Tahiti, Nova Swing, Cavalier Expression, Granada Consort, Chasseur, Sapphire and Talisman, Siierra Laser..get the idea? Genrally speaking these are low spec cars, dressed up a bit and passed off as specials. the late 70's to mid 90's was a particularly busy period for specials it seems so any from before or after are especially sought..

I started this group because these cars aren't seen all that often now, especially in their original form as the trim and decals fitted were unique and only available for a short period, so a damaged and repaired car might have lost its indentity because the stripes, mouldings or name decals were simply no longer stocked..

Also feel free to upload any variants of a model that are now rare, the Rover 820i Turbo, Granada Taxi and 2.8 L, Metro VDP etc etc..
Additionally add any models not usually seen in the UK, or in your particular country, stuff that's found its way here by a means other than the usual dealer supply. such as the US spec BMW I uploaded..
Upload as many as you like but try to avoid run of the mill cars that are easily spotted..
So get snapping or trawl your archives and let's see what turns up, there have been hundreds of LE's over the years, some may have been all but forgotten and I hope for a few surprises..
