About Flickr: Likas-Philippines

A. The "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" group and the Likas-Philippines website

In the spirit of Bayanihan we -- the members of the "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" group -- will strive to develop databases of images and other resources about the Philippines and her people, inspired by the collective perspectives of Filipinos. The fruits of our collaborative efforts will be archived in a non-commercial (no advertisement) website, Likas-Philippines.

B. How you may help make the dream that is Likas-Philippines become reality

1. Join the "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" group
-- a. Just click Join this group?.
-- b. Once you are a member, please introduce yourself and greet the members in Kumusta!. Also, tell us where you are from (our Flickr directory), get to know and greet our new and current members.
-- c. Share your ideas by participating in the discussions or initiating new discussion threads.

2. Share your images with the "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" group
-- a. Very Important! Before you post your photos, read and comply with the Photo Submission Policies.
-- b. Post photos in the "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" pool only if you respond to this link to permit us to use your images for potential inclusion in the Likas-Philippines website.

3. Become a Charter Member of the Likas-Philippines Team.
-- a. Membership in the "Flickr: Likas-Philippines" group is just a trial baloon.
-- b. Please read "What is Likas-Philippines?" to have a better appreciation of what we hope to achieve with the Likas-Philippines project.
-- c. If you believe in the goals of the Likas-Philippines project, click Join the Likas-Philippines Team.

4. Promote the Likas-Philippines website
-- a. Post the Likas-Philippines logo and/or link in your webpages (in Flickr and in other sites):
