i guess i got a little too excited when i bought these flashes from the store for twenty bucks. i use them to light up rooms, and to sometimes create the silhouettes. these were done alone, so the flash allows me to wander around and light paint, then flash the room and get a figure which takes the least amount of time, a split second.

I used a drill with a single led attached for the outer circle and used a red cold cathode for the inner one, The model was sitting on a chair.
