Leica M9 - Mid to High ISO performance |
Group Pool 1,947 photos | Only members can add to the pool. Join?
26 Jul 11 - This group was initially formed in Sep 2009 to explore the mid-high ISO performance of Leica M9 camera. And there was a requirement to post images from ISO 640 and above only. Now that the M9-P is out and the fact that the topic has run its course, I'm taking that requirement away.
Since time and priorities are not permitting me, I will not be moderating this group anymore. If anyone is interested in the task, flickr mail me; I'll assign you the new role.

About Leica M9 - Mid to High ISO performance"It's the photographer, not the camera" is still a valid advise to the beginner photographer, who thinks great imagery has something solely to do with the latest and greatest cameras/optics. However, image-making requires the right tool (which is the extension of the photographer) that performs for the job at hand, be it paid or unpaid. Michael Schumacher could not win an F1 race with a street car. And so, the need to ponder over the tech aspects comes up. |
