I've found from past experiences that the best way to learn is by example. Going by this I wanted to post a few of my pics to a group and let the group throw tips, ideas and critiques at me on where I'm going wrong as well as where I'm going right, if at all. I want to be a better photographer and to use flick to do this but when I looked I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. What I found were groups with tens of thousands of photos with no comments or groups with comments solely on the message boards. This is great but was not what I was after. So I decided to start my own one.

So please post any photo you would like critiques posted as comments. The subject of the photograph can be anything - but please no nudity or adult-related content. And please only one photo per day.

Note anyone at all can comment but photographs should be from amateur/beginner/novice photographers. Critiques can cover technique, artistic as well as technical comments, e.g. composition, exposure level, Photoshop, etc.

I'll also welcome any links off from the site to tips and guides, etc.

I look forward to using this group to learn more about photography. I've started you off with a few of mine. :-)
